Cocktails and light fare will be served all afternoon. (Best hat wins a prize mid-afternoon!)  $50 per person \nIf It Rains:\nThe party will move indoors to join the weekend long event\, ART IN BLOOM. Area garden club designers creatively utilize flowers\, seed pods\, driftwood and other organic matter to interpret nearly 20 works of art on exhibition.
